About Us

TWRU Technologies sprouted in 2015 as part of TWRU CPAs & Financial Advisors. We were founded to fill the needs of a handful of our CPA clients who needed technology assistance. In 2023 we grew into a full Managed Service Provider (MSP). Our Founding Team Members are David Johnson and Neil Buie.

David spent the first part of his career managing successful nationally awarded restaurants in New Orleans before following his passion, technology, in 2001. He joined TWRU CPAs in 2011 as the Technology manager and today he serves as the Director of Technology.

Neil joined TWRU in 2023 and serves as Senior Systems Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in technology and has over 20 years’ experience with the most relevant being the senior engineer with an out-of-state MSP. He has a firm understanding of HIPPA compliancy and Financial Institution standards. His focus is client security with a high level of competency with firewalls of the major makers like Cisco, SonicWall and Fortinet.
